MEASURED BUILDING SURVEYS
An Accurate measured building survey is wholly reliant upon the accuracy of the initial survey. At ACAD we conduct all our surveys using state of the art 3D scanning providing us with a millimetre accurate survey of your building. This level of detail allows us to provide you with a highly accurate solution tailored to your specific requirements.
This method of surveying is very effective and efficient allowing us to cut down site time and pick up all aspects of detail without the need of special access arrangements. The scanner will pick up above and beyond the required detail, insuring that the level of information captured negates the need for a revisit, should the client require any additional building information. LAND REGISTRY COMPLIANT LEASE PLANS
We Specialists in Residential & Commercial Lease Plans and we are fully compliant with Land Registry requirements. Nationwide coverage producing high quality lease plans with fast turnaround times.
The Land Registration Act 2002 came into force on October 2003, since then new leases of 7 years or more or existing leases sold with 7 years or more unexpired must be registered with Land Registry along with a compliant Lease Plan.
HOW WE WORK
Once instructed, we will visit the property to undertake a detailed survey to your requirements. We will then produce your lease plan using our digital drawing systems to ensure accuracy, efficient drawing retrieval and fast replication.
Your Lease Plan is delivered to you as printed copy ready for immediate insertion into the appropriate lease document. Digital versions are also emailed and posted to you for future reference (Pdf or AutoCAD format) – completing the process.
